By placing an order with Pulse Peptides, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. No Returns or Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations or change-of-mind refunds once an order has been processed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot legally be excluded.
2. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details, including products, quantities and delivery information, are correct before completing their purchase.

​Pulse Peptides is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been dispatched, delays caused by postal or courier services are outside our direct control.

​Customers must contact us promptly if there is an issue with their delivery.
4. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders
If you believe your order has arrived damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact Pulse Peptides as soon as reasonably possible and provide your order details and supporting photographs where applicable.

​Where required by Australian Consumer Law, Pulse Peptides will provide the applicable remedy.
5. Product Information & Customer Responsibility

Prices and product availability may change without notice. Pulse Peptides reserves the right to correct genuine pricing, product-description or website errors and to cancel an affected order where permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse Peptides is not liable for loss arising from misuse, improper handling or use of products contrary to supplied instructions or applicable requirements.
